God awoke and saw his dream. He watched it for a time, and then joined it. He floated amongst the stars and the nebulae. He visited quasars and comets. He reached out to a star and it burst in a brilliant shower of light. He dove into a black hole, and appeared at the edge of an unremarkable system. The star was yellow, and of average size. The planets- there were nine- were quite plain. God visited every portion of the system, and saw nothing new. He drifted into sleep over the third planet, an ugly conglomeration of rock and metal.
