The leaves
Of knowledge
Fall from the tree
Of Life
I gather
Them up
And recreate
The impossible
Fallen
Discarded
Knowledge
The basis
Purest thought
In a form
So mundane
Yet found
The misuse
Of great
Knowledge
The downfall
And yet
We seek
For more
Expansion
But in all
There it lies
Barely known
Knowledge

Enjoyed this poem thoroughly. It really encourages us to look at the "lost" knowledge as you put it. There is so much out there to learn and to digest and it can be overwhelming at times. Your poem was short and honestly sweet. Thank you.
